Ask you local librarian to try to locate through inter-library loan. It helps if you can give them the call # which will be in Lib Congress list. I also use Lib Congress books to locate genealogies on surnames I'm researching. I usually need to go to city library for the Lib Congress books. Small rural libraries may not have them. Try the Library Congress web site. Perhaps it's listed in the electronic card catalog. However, they do not loan books. Ruth
