This is my first time sending a message to a mailing list, so...hello everyone. I am researching a THOMAS EMERSON who lived in Frederick Co. or Washington CO. MD when he enlisted in the Revolution. He was married to MARY DOWNEY in Washington Co. 12 Nov. 1799. Would like to find information on parents for both. Or siblings. Thomas Emerson later lived in Hampshire Co. WV and then to Pickaway Co. OH. He died there in 1826. Other familes associated with Thomas Emerson in Hampshire Co. were SHEETZ and PARKER. I look forward to hearing from anyone regarding these families. Adina Dyer
