    3. Good Afternoon All - DIGWEED: Not referred to by PH Reaney in his Dictionary of British Surnames. Penguin's Dictionary of Surnames defines it as being occupational Olde English for "A digger of Weeds" - Oh yes it does! Bowman's "Story of Surnames" does not list it?
