Some time ago I recommended a book to someone on the list but couldn't find it to give the correct details. I've now found the book but can't remember who I wrote to about it. So here are the details. I think it's a very interesting book. It's based on a thesis for a degree gained by the author. It is Death, Burial and the Individual in Early Modern England by Clare Gittings. First published in 1984 by Croom Helm.
