Greetings, I am looking for the book "Footprints across Woods County" by Mrs. George Smithson. I am researching the Uriah Clapp family who lived in Alva in the first part of this century. He died May 1, 1938 and is burried in the Alva Municipal Cemetary. He was married to Mary Mathilda (Godown). She was born June 28, 1847 and died December 28, 1906. They had five children (of which I have a little information about three). One of which is Minnie Elma Clapp who married Bryan Cole or Coleman Smithson. He died November 1951 in Alva.
