Billings married Daisy Mallory sometime between 1901 and 1904. Daisy Mallory was "of Buffalo, Oklahoma" which would have been a part of Woods County, Oklahoma at that time. Their daughter, Mary Ruth Billings, was born 1 April 1904, probably in Woods County, Oklahoma. Daisy Mallory's parents owned a farm in Buffalo, Oklahoma, which was in the possession of her daughter, Mary Ruth Billings Long, in 1965. When the Mallory family purchased the farm, it would have probably been a part of Woods Co., OK. Daisy Mallory Billings died in Kansas of miscarriage complications, while visiting her sister, in either 1907 or 1908. She may have been buried in either Woods or Harper Co., OK, depending upon the county line at the time. In about 1908, after his wife's death, Carroll Billings went to Utah. We are looking for any information on this family or the Mallory family.
