The Tulsa World newspaper (www.tulsaworld.com/) in Friday, September 28, 2001's edition on page A-13, reported: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- FAMILY SOUGHT OF MAN BORN IN TULSA AREA Officials in eastern Arkansas are looking for the family of BIllie Ray Durbin, who died there last Saturday. A 40-year old white male, Durbin had no known family members in West Memphis, where he apparently was merely passing through when he died of a heart attack. Officials believe that he was born in the Tulsa area on December 26, 1960, and are looking for family members who might want to claim the body.
