I talked to the cemetery people and yes, Fred Hess is buried in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Linda said that if you would stop by the office in the mortiurary they will furnish you a map of the cemetery. Fred Hess, born Oct. 15, 1888, died Aug. 1, 1974. Grave is located in Section 21, Lot 229, Space 5 You did not say if the picture would be digital or photo.
