The Creek Nation was a part of the Indian Territory census, not the Oklahoma Territory census. Be aware, too, that the northeastern part of Tulsa was in the Cherokee Nation. I would recommend that, if possible, you search for the household using the Soundex for 1900 Indian Territory, available on microfilm.
