I do not have the time to devote right now to this. The information you have is correct--he did live here and die here, along with his wife, Leah, but more research is required. For a $35.00 fee (US POST OFFICE MONEY ORDER ONLY), I can get you the death certificate which would really give more information about surviving relatives, etc. and I would also be able to do the follow up research to find the family now so you could return the items to them.
