Arthur owned & operated a restaurant in Tulsa called the "Veteran Cafe" where he died of a heart attack, March 11, 1954. As best as I know, Arthur was born 09 Sep 1896 in Baxter Springs, Cherokee Co., Kansas and was last married to a woman named Ruth Ellen Smith. Arthur & Ruth had four known children - Doris Maxine, Marvin, Patricia, and Arthur William (Sonny) Proctor. If you are familiar with this family I would love sharing information. Thank you
