I need a birth look up for my grandfather. His name is Charles William Collins born April 10, 1917 His parents were William H. and Clyde Collins. I have alway's been told he was born in Texas, Hopkins Co. but there is no record of his birth there. Not even a delayed record. Since his brother was born in OK, Tulsa Co.
