Does anyone know if I can get a free xerox copy from the local Health Department; I don't need a certified one? (This can be done in Ohio.) I would appreciate receiving the address for the Health Dept. Also, I'd appreciate a copy of the obits. Norma died 06-13-2000. Homer died prior 1995. Also would like info on their son Roy Oliphant if anyone has it. Thanks for your help.
