Lytle and she died July 11, 1935 while visiting in Newcastle, PA. They had no children. I could not find an obituary notice but while checking another source found the following relatives: R. F. Henderson (Brother), age 71, Wayne, OH Arthur Henderson (Nephew), age 60, Olden, TX Clyde Henderson (Nephew), age 57, Kansas City, MO John Henderson (Nephew), age 54, Pleasantville, PA Leslie Henderson (Nephew), age 52, Pleasantville, PA Kate Henderson Fratus (Niece), age 45, Titusville, PA Elda Henderson (Niece), age 44, Titusville, PA ---------------------------------------------------------- TULSA WORLD, Monday, January 10, 1949 "MARION J. LYTLE TAKEN BY DEATH" Pioneer oil man had been affiliated with producing firm in recent years. (Marion) John (preferred to be called John, for obvious reasons) Lytle, pioneer Tulsa oil man, died late Sunday at his home, 2637 S. Boston Pl., following a long illness. He was 82. He came to Tulsa about 1910 as a production superintendent of an oil company. He was associated with Clyde G. Gray as independent producers. The early-day Tulsan is survived by one brother, D. A. Lytle (Lawrence, KS) and a sister, Mrs. W. H. Fleming (Pleasantville, PA). ------------------------------------------------------------------ All or most of these surviving relatives (at that time) would be too old to be still living today. However, I did find a listing for a Gary W. Lytle, 18363 S 103W, Kiefer, OK 74041, (918) 321-3972. You may want to call or write him to ask if he is related to your grandfather. There are also about 20 other Lytles in the Tulsa area--if you'd like, I can send you their names and addresses. SINCERELY, KEITH NORTHINGTON, Researcher
