Hi List, I am new the this list , I am requesting any lookups that can help me in finding out about EDWIN ROSCOE MCDOUGAL who moved to Tulsa OK & worked for Carter Oil Company between 1915-1935 from Grayson County TX. He was B 3-1895, married to ?. His parents were William & Essie McDougal of Westminster TX where his father was VP of a Bank.
