It was run by a Mr. Peck who had a daughter named Nan. My grandmother was born there and she was named Laura Gene Nan Caswell. My grandmother said that Nan died young and Mr. Peck asked Eugene and Hazel Miller to name their daughter after his daughter and he would open a savings accout with $1 in her name and she could have the money when she turned 18. So they did. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
