According to his brother John George Harley obituary he was survived by a brother F.J. Harley in Tulsa Oklahoma. I'm not sure of James full name so it could be that James would be a middle name. I found this Obit in a bag of old pictures, at this point in time I don't know if this family has any connection to my DENTON family from Sand Springs, OK or not. Hopefully it will be able to help someone find their lost RUSSELL's. I don't know what paper it's out of, nor the year. The mother had resided here nine years. Funeral services for both mother and baby will be held at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon from the chapel of the R.L. Mobley Funeral Home, with the Rev. O. L. SIDWELLL officiating. Interment will be in Woodland cemetery. Surviving are the widower, Marion A. RUSSELL: her mother and stepfather, Mr. Mrs. Joe SHRUM, and her father, J.. . MILLS, all of Sand Springs; three brothers, Clifford MILLS of Dallas, Texas, Wayne MILLS of Russell, Ark. and Boyce MILLS of Sand Springs, and one sister, Miss Bonnie MILLS of Sand Springs.

Grandfather Gordon was elected Grand Old Man and Pioneer of Pioneers at two of the early Oil Expositions held in Tulsa. I can locate no information regarding that period (1910-1940)of the John E. As best as I know, Arthur was born 09 Sep 1896 in Baxter Springs, Cherokee Co., Kansas and was last married to a woman named Ruth Ellen Smith.
