Nov. 1964. Her father was Charles Sophus Holsteen b.March 14, 1909 and mother was Ruth Gulden. Nancy had a brother named Jon Frederick Holsteen.     3. Foy Earl Ballenger is my grandfather. He started a family in New Castle, Henry Co., IN. Devoriced first wife moved to Daton, Ohio then went to Tulsa, OK. He became an interior decorator and is reported that he was commissioned to do the Will Rogers Saddle Room when the Will Rogers Memorial was built. I have cousins that tell me his workers were mostly Native American workers. I am trying to piece together this portion of his life for a book I wish to do on the Ballenger side of my family. He is now deceased as is his third wife Ann. I have just found info that upon her death she willed her church their worldly goods but do not know what church this was in Tulsa. If there is anyone on this list or know of someone off this list that has info or is known to have known this man I would be greatly appreciative of the info. If there are those that have info I will gladly send them my sanil mail address to those that do not have email access.
