Also would like info on their son Roy Oliphant if anyone has it. Thanks for your help.

I looked at the obit and it was very sketchy--only mentioning her home address and where she was buried. If you want to get the names of surviving family members, I can research this information in other sources for a $25.00 donation (US POST OFFICE MONEY ORDER ONLY). You may not have much luck getting information from the funeral home because they only keep records going back, generally about 10 years. SINCERELY, KEITH NORTHINGTON, Researcher 109 WEST 50TH CT. Maybe someone there could see what information might be available. Please contact Richard LaMantia, e-mail [email protected] has done genealogical research on the Ambrose Webb family and maybe he has some information about Edith. I don't know him but found a mention of his research on Ambrose. Here is all I could find in the Tulsa World newspaper (Wed. Feb. 17, 1937, page 18, "CITY BRIEFS") "Remains of Ambrose D. Webb, 28 years old, son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Harmon of Tulsa, who was killed Saturday in a Paris Island, SC auto accident, will arrive in Tulsa Thursday for services at 3:00 that afternoon at the Immanual Baptist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park." In order to find current survivors of the Harmon family, including Edith and others, in addition to tracing the family address through local directories, will require about 5-10 more hours of research. If interested, I can do it for a $50.00 fee (US POST OFFICE MONEY ORDER ONLY). SINCERELY, KEITH NORTHINGTON, Researcher 109 WEST 50TH CT. NORTH TULSA, OK 74126-3130

I am going to copy a 1939 SMITH family reunion photo and send it to cousin Mary and hopefully she can identify some of her closer kinfolk.... My deepest gratitude, Kathye

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/EZB.2ACE/628.1.1.1 Message Board Post: 4-25-2002 Here is the article you requested: TULSA WORLD NEWSPAPER, April 26, 1974, p. A-16 "TULSA ANTIQUE CLUB PLANS BENEFIT SHOW & SALE" The Tulsa Antique Bottle and Relic Club will hold its 3rd annual show and sale at the Tulsa Garden Ctr., 2435 S. Peoria Ave., Saturday and Sunday for the benefit of the Town and Country School. The unique school is especially designed for children of normal ability and social competence who have some moderate difficulty in performance. One half of the proceeds of the price of admission will go for the support of the school which is located at 2521 E. 21st St. The antique bottles and other collectibles have a fascination for men who can remember "back home" days on the farm. One of the highlights of this year's show will be the presentation of trophies by students from the school. The awards will be made by the club for special displays and will include some special awards by national magazines and organizations. The combined efforts of 45 local collectors will display antique and collectible items, particularly primitives, bottles, fruit jars, glassware, and relics. There will be special sale tables with items brought in from out of state. Persons wishing more information about the show may contact Rosemary Tarr for reservations or Earl Beisly, show chairman. Information about the school can be obtained from Jeri Brock, director of the school. Price of admission will be 50 cents and the hours are from 9 AM - 8 PM Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM Sunday. Crocks are going great guns this season with this rare blue crock milk pitcher with cow and calf valued at $55 and the brass coal oil lamp at $32. Kitchen primitives are all the rage so that a churn made in 1915 sells for about $40 and a wooden butter mold with sunflower design dated 1866 is valued around $50. ------------------------------------------------------
