I am trying to find an obituary or death notice of any kind for Ruhl Moore, who lived in Sallisaw, OK in 1960. He was born around 1900, so he is probably dead by now. He is not found in the SSDI so I am assuming he died sometime before 1975. Is there any place which has deaths indexed. Any suggestions would be more than welcome. I have been in so many directions without finding this man. Can a death certificate be obtained in Ok without knowing the birth and death dates? Is there perhaps a city directory for Sallisaw?
