Seeking information on: Silvanus Smith b. 1862 in Marion Co., AR d. 1928 in Okemah, OK. Silvanus probably married his first wife, Mary LJ "Mollie" Walker, around 1887. Mollie was born 1879 in Mack's Creek, MO and died in 1907 during childbirth in Tamaha. Silvanus's second wife is Mollie's sister, Nancy Elizabeth Walker, born 1879 in Mack's Creek, MO d. 1962 in Okemah, OK. This family had the following children: Truman, Edgar, Lizzie, Florence, James, Osmer, Jesse, Wes, Edith, Helen, Clyde, Mack, Harvey, Dencie, Viola, Kinis The family lived in Vian, Sallisaw, Tamaha and SandTown Bottom from about 1890 to 1920, when the went to Okemah, OK. Anyone else researching this family, please get in touch with me. I have info on the family prior to moving to this area, but nothing much on them while they were here.
