PERRY, Della Mae SPRINGWATER, 92, of Gans, was born Oct. 22, 1908, in Brent community, to John Wesley FOYIL and Vadie (KILGORE) FOYIL. She died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2001.She married Bill SPRINGWATER on Feb. 23, 1930, in Gans. He preceded her in death on Oct. 17, 1982. WATSON, SMITH, WATTS, Howard Thomas "H.T."
