Mason before Oct 1931 probably in either OK or CA d 13 Sept 1972 in Bakersfield, Kern Co. CA. Parents were James Robert Smith and Frances (Frankie)Belle Saylors. Frankie Belle was the widow of George Seabolt; the only known child of George and Frankie was Dewey Dallas Seabolt b Long, Sequoyah Co OK.
