There is a death certificate of a relative who died in 2001 that I would like to get a copy of. She died in Ft. Smith, though, and from what I am seeing, they won't give copies to anyone who isn't next of kin??? Does anyone know if this is right or am I just going about it wrong? This is the first time I have come across this. Maybe it is new identity theft laws or something...? Any suggestions? Becky
