Post 129 is active in the community as well as the state. A service officer is available at the Post office each Tuesday. In addition, the Oklahoma State American Legion Baseball Office is located in Stillwater. Among their many civic duties, Legion members actively support the Ponca City Children's Home. 3. It is still known as the American Legion Childrens Home. It has been called this as long as I can remember. I have lived here for 54 years. Hope this has helped.
