My great-grandfather, Frank D. REDFIELD, once owned some land in Oklahoma, according to my mother. I don't have any idea of where in Oklahoma that land may have been, nor a really good idea of just WHEN he owned that land. However, that's about the only clue I have to his whereabouts between 1895 and 1923. I have access to all the Oklahoma censuses here, but I have no Soundex available. I can't imagine looking for this fellow line by line in every county! Does anyone out there have access to a Soundex and would be willing to check it for Frank D. REDFIELD, Soundex code R314 ? I would be willing to trade a Texas lookup in exchange! I am desperately trying to find my great grandfather! He is my brick wall. My hunch is that he might have been there in 1910 or 1920. ?
