My grandfather was buried by Mowbray Undertaking, it is not listed in the yellow book according to Floral Haven. This is Tulsa, Oklahoma Tulsa County. I found the following on the Tulsa rootsweb site: 1887- Tulsa's second sanctuary was the first Methodist Episcopal Church to be dedicated in Indian Territory. The Rev. George Mowbray, who would later serve as Tulsa's undertaker and mayor, was the first permanent preacher. Does anyone know how to go about finding who took this "business" over? I have a relative that I can find nothing on and OKC does not have his death certificate.
