Looking for help putting pieces together on my family line of Fodge, Collins and Skinner. All three are mostly from the Fort Towson, Choctaw County, OK area. James C. and James A. Collins (father and son), AC Collins, Margaret Collins, Bob, George and Tobe Collins, William Terrell Skinner, Elizabeth Stinnett, all Fodge's, McClanahan, Huskey, Pritchard. I live in Oregon and it is hard for me to get information long distance. Any help will be so appreciated. I have always been told that my grandpa Fodge was Choctaw and that his wife, Elizabeth Collins was also Choctaw and maybe Cherokee. I am trying to find out if this is truth or myth.
