Please, it is sooooo much easier to scan 30 messages or more if you CAPITALIZE ALL SURNAMES in you messages. It really is helpful if you are writing about your family, the Smiths, and mention the Jones family as well -- if you capitalize BOTH names -- and all names. Ofcourse, this is just a request.
