I would appreciate it if you would check your sources for the WELLS, KINDRED, or EASTIN surnames? My gggrandfather, Isaac K {Kindred] WELLS born c 1830 in TN (probably eastern part)married Martha Ellen EASTIN. Isaac's father was reportedly born in Georgia. Isaac and Martha were in IL and then migrated to AR and further to Indian Territory, settling first in Pittsburg County. Parts of the family moved to other counties, including Craig. Isaac has been a real dead end and I am really searching for a clue as to where I might start to locate his family in TN/GA. I have a couple of books that are about Cherokee and white families in the Eastern Cherokee lands of NC, GA and TN during and prior to the Removal. There are a lot of names and a great deal of information in these books--though it centers mostly on GA.
