I am researching the DUNN/HARRIS/SLAVEN/RICO line from Kiowa County, OK. I live in Oregon and find it difficult to do researching this far away. I sure would appreciate any help anyone can give me. If you are from this area or have access to records from Kiowa County, OK from the early 1900's I sure would like to hear from you. I am trying to prove my Native American lineage. I have been told that the SLAVEN girls were kin to Chief Greenwood LeFlore. Two of them married RICO brothers, one married a HEROLD and a DUNN, and one married a FINE and a HEROD (no L).
