Actually, all anyone has to do is hit "reply" - or "forward" and their e-mail software should automatically send info to person requesting it. You have to go out of your way to send mail to the whole group. I heartily agree that most of us don't care about the name of a hospital in Norman. However, everyone is fallible and it's no big deal.
