I don't know how to obtain homestead info from national archives. Is it possible? 3. I have a copy of a land patent issued to Samuel E. which I got from Guthrie courthouse. Township 19, 3 west, SE corner of section 31. 4. Maybe Williams homestead papers would help trace him back to Ill.? Is this the best approach? 5. I would love a copy of the census page.
