Both issues involve crimes that happened in Tulsa County within the past year. The bill makes it a misdemeanor to "destroy, mutilate, deface, injure or remove any tomb, monument or grave stone. The article didn't say anything about the owner of the property being able to descrate graves. The other part of the bill was about videotaping people without their knowledge.
