She was born in Wright City, Okla., to Jim and Bossie (Jackson) Lasler. She married Presley Thedford in Wright City in 1940, before moving to Sweet Home in 1945. Mr. Thedford died in 1953. Mrs. Thedford worked for the Stayton Canning Co. and was a homemaker. She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary and loved to cook. She is survived by her son Bob of Sweet Home; daughters Shirlene and Sheila Van Horn of LaPine; sister Marie Bacorn of Idabel, Okla.; and eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Viewing will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Workman & Steckly Funeral Chapel, 1443 Long St. A private family graveside service will be held at the Lebanon IOOF Cemetery.
