Am trying to research a Perry Smith (born in GA abt. 1846) who is supposed to have been a sheriff in Sparks, OK.....this would have been sometime in the very late 1890's or early 1900's..... Any help appreciated. Janie

There is a tiny post office there and a couple of houses. I would write a letter to the postmaster. Probably they would know about that.
