(Betty was born in Benton County, Ark. 9/9/1897, died Santa Monica 6/21/1944, and is buried beside her husband at the Will Rogers Memorial. She was the daughter of James Wythe Blake and Amelia Crowder Blake who was born in NC, and granddaughter of Dr. Larkin H. Blake of Tennessee and MO.)
