We are just a homey little bunch. I remember the night Stratford got hit. We watched the tornado out of the kitchen window. My dad tried to call town to warn them but the phone lines were already down. We drove in (9 miles) and took a look around later that night. Roofs gone, store fronts knocked in, glass all over main street. That was in 58 or 59, I think. That tornado came in February if I'm not mistaken. (Garvin County) Beth
