I do have the book GHOST TOWNS OF OKLAHOMA, and have found it to be a valuable reference -- but it doesn't include some early day communities I know about, ones that seem to have disappeared without a trace. These were probably too small, or disappeared too long ago, to have qualified for inclusion in this book. I'm searching Oklahoma, Lincoln, and Logan counties. I did find Garnettville, Servado, and Tohee on the 1895 Atlas -- but it does not show Kickapoo [which would have been near the Oklahoma/Lincoln Co. line] or Garden [which was in southeastern Logan Co].
