I know of a boarding house in downtown OKC my grandpartents met there in 1911. But it was run by a Mrs Lucas.. It is no longer there don't know when it was torn down. Also it was on a hill. But a lot of downtown is on hills. Several hills in Capitol Hill. Downtown is miles from Capitol Hill.
