    1. [OKROOTS-L] GREENLEE/GREEN
    2. I would like to make a correction -- Eugenia's relatives were living mostly in West Tulsa. Grandmother was Eugenia Evelyn Debra GREEN b: September 17, 1920 in Stidem, Oklahoma (according to the family bible) d: December 15, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma; married Thomas Moses GREENLEE b: July 16, 1920, birthplace possibly California d: July 15, 1970 in Kern County, California. I have some information on the siblings for both: Eugenia's were Wallace GREEN, Leard (Leird) GREEN, Hubert GREEN and Betty GREEN they called her Rita. Tom's were Fred NEIGHBORS and Evelyn STANKOWICH. I am told by my mother's second husband who gave me all the sibling names that most of Eugenia's family lived in Claremore and Tom's live in California. I do not have the obit for Eugenia but we know that Tom beat her to death, it's a long story. He was an abuser. Have you ever heard of these people? Please contact me

However, this is the only time I have seen the surname Moses and wondered what they could tell me about it. 1. Re: [OKROOTS-L] Q and A
    2. I, too, use the other websites for my search. I joined this one because it deals with Oklahoma questions from people all over the country. I have personal knowledge of much of the state. I was born and raised there and have lived in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. I read every e-mail. If I recognize something I can help someone with I go up to the sender and get their address. Keep it coming like it is. Jim Little wrote: > I think I started this by forwarding the request for info about Central > State Hosp in Norman. 3. As a member of NORCAL (Northern California) one of the first lists.. I say let it flow... Bring on the history.. the tall tales... the family storytelling... and yes even the "opps' " The one thing I have learned, is you never know when and where you will find the answer.. often writing to someone off - list helps to clarify the correct "question" to ask and making sure you have enhanced the question with all the possible information.... the answer maybe there but if you don't ask you will never know... as a librarian we always say... "There is never a silly question !" Please do not make rules.. Do greet "newbies" and Do help where you can ! It will come back to you ten fold ! 1. [OKROOTS-L] REID, Duncan OK
    2. Patterson
    3. Hi, I'm trying to find information on the REID surname. My g-grandfather, William J. Reid (1884-1926) came originally from Texas and moved to Duncan OK. He married a Gertrude HILL, (1891-1961) also originally from Texas. They had two children Ann REID (POSEY) (1913-1941) and William J. REID Junior, aka Jack. I have no dates on William Junior. William J. Senior, Gertrude and Ann were laid to rest in Duncan Cemetery. I am missing William Junior. Any information is much appreciated. Doretta Posey Patterson blownaway@hughes.net

    3. Hi Gang.. I have to clean up this email address. I'll be resubbing with a different addy. Won't here from me that much. We're in the process of selling our house and trying to find another one. If and when we get moved, we don't know if I'm going to have internet access or not. If not, then I'll need this address to be cleaned up and not have so much mail on it...If so, then I don't have much to worry about it. I'm subbing with my genealogy@quixotic.org email address in a few minutes. I'm unsubbing from TAYLOR-l (it is subbed with genealogy@quixotic.org). Tooo much mail on there and none helping me. I'm going to sub to the digest mode of this, so as not to take up soo much space... I'll write back later! Chris Uly's Terrian #2 Heller's Fella #2 D/Der for Life!
