I have this on a CD, I am happy to do a look-up of your family. PLEASE know this, there are over 300 pages and there is no index. Be patient with me on the look-up, I have 2 small ones at home. PLEASE DO NOT ask me for all the Smith names, etc. I would need a first and last name the only exception to this rule would be a very unusual last name like: Adlkjfdoididkd This look-up is strictly for the Rogers County list. Wendy

There are 2 listings for Redfork Cemetery in the 'Broken Arrow/ Tulsa South' phone book. No addresses are given, but the numbers are 918-591-4325 918-596-7267 Also listed: Red Fork Bapt Church 2821 W 40th, Tulsa OK 74107 (918) 446-4445 If no answer call 446-0774 Red Fork Church of God 3319 W 40th, Tulsa OK 74107 (918) 446-4479 These 2 churches are in west Tulsa. The prefix '596' is also in west Tulsa, near the churches. I believe all are near the community of Oakhurst. Not sure about 591. Hope this helps. -----Original Message----- From: WendyGayle@aol.com <WendyGayle@aol.com> To: OKROGERS-L@rootsweb.com <OKROGERS-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Wednesday, June 30, 1999 4:40 PM Subject: [OKROGERS-L] Red Fork Cemetery? >I just talked with an 80-year old relative that I just found. There is an old cemetery in Red Fork, which is a community that was annexed into Tulsa in 1927. It is still referred to as "Red Fork" by people who live there. Of course, Tulsa is not in Rogers County. This cemetery is not in the phone book. I believe the name is "Oaklawn".
Hope I'm in the right place to ask this but I can't call up the names in Woodlawn from C thru I. Am I doing something wrong or are they not entered yet? Whoever is entering all this is an angel! Thank you so much. Carolyn
I just talked with an 80-year old relative that I just found. She was able to give me some new information: Olive Belle SHARP HAMPTON GREENLEE NABORS BEALS died at the young age of 45. She was my ggrandmother and am told that she is buried in the Red Fork Cemetery. She had to have been born before 1909 (her first child was born in 1919). I only have her birthdate in the family bible as November 27...the GNIS is down. Is there anyone out there that can tell me the phone number for the Red Fork Cemetery or is there more than one? As I said, the woman is 80 and kept repeating herself, etc. so I didn't want to ask her too much. Thank you in advance for your kindness. If you have submitted your surname to Rogers County and now have a new e-mail address, could you please let me know. I have at least 5 bounced e-mail addresses on the list. I would like to update the list with your new e-mail address. I would hate to delete these surnames but if the address is no good... Please let me know so that I can change your address and who knows, someone may be looking for you! :-) Also, everyone have a SAFE "Day of Independence" celebration. Thank you in advance.
