Kevin was born December 16, 1963 to David and Shirley Packard Sparks. He had been a resident of McLean for several years. He married Deanna Sherly Billingsley on May 8, 1996 at Leedey, Oklahoma. He was employed by Linn Energy as an oilfield production foreman. He was a member of the Trinity Fellowhip Church of McLean. He is survived by his wife, Deanna Sparks of McLean; his parents, Davis and Shirley Sparks of Hammon, Oklahoma; a daughter, Candance Allmon of Sayre, Oklahoma; 3 sons, Tyler Copenhaver of McLean, Texas, Dustin Copenhaver of McLean, Texas, Jeremy Justus of Elk City, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Sherry Sparks of Hammon, Oklahoma and Debbie Scott of Elk City, Oklahoma. Services were held Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at the Trinity Fellowship Church in McLean, with Ronnie ferguson, officiating.
