He passed away July 29, 2008 near Kelton, Texas at the age of 46 years, 3 months and 27 days. Stan gre up in Cheyenne where he attended school, graduating from Cheyenne High school in 1980. He was married to Rachel Marin at his parent's house in Cheyenne on September 10, 1983. They lived in Cheyenne before moving to Sayre. They returned to Cheyenne in 1991 to make their home. Stan made his career in the oilfield. He began working as a Roughneck in high school and worked his way up to his current position as a Tool Pusher. He was a hard worker and he died doing whaat he loved. Stan's greatest love was his family and he especially enjoyed spending time with his sons. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Rachel, of the home; 2 sons, Kevin Holley, Cheyenne, Oklahoma and Vince Holley, also of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; his mother, Vera Holley, Cheyenne, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Kathy Kelly and husband, J.J., North Carolina; Vickey Manning and husband, Gary, Reydon, Oklahoma; 1 brother, Steven Holley and wife, Kim, Sayre, Oklahoma; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Vincente and Lydia Marin, Elk City, Oklahoma; 4 sisters-in-law, Delia Marin, Elk City, Oklahoma, Dora Marin, Elk City, Oklahoma, Nelda Marin, El Reno, Oklahoma, Norma Harris and husband, John, Elk City, Oklahoma; special friends, Johnny and Ladonna Eden, Bald Knob, Akansas, Shelly Whitson, El Reno, Oklahoma; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Services were held Friday, August 11, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at Cheyenne School Auditorium officiated by Br. Joe Sapp. Burial followed at the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
