Paul R. Jackson of Ceres officiating. Interment will be in the Ceres Cemetery. Mrs. Parsons, a resident of the Modesto district for the past four years, was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ceres. She was the wife of Claud J. Parsons of the Grayson Road and mother of Billie Lou and Betty Jo Parsons. She also leaves her parents, Mrs. Flora Hicks of Kentucky and B.F. Hicks of California, and eight brothers and five sisters, Mrs. Manuel Azevedo and Floyd Hicks of Modesto, Kenneth and Frank Hicks, Mrs. Ray Carey and Mrs. Harry Donnell of Patterson, Boyd Hicks of Turlock, Roy, Warren G., J.D., and Quentin Hicks of Kentucky, Mrs. James Conrad of Texas and Mrs. Jake Gantz of Oklahoma.
