Burial will be in Patterson District Cemetery. A native of Cheyenne, Okla., he had lived in Patterson since 1930 and was a retired farmer and plumber. He leaves a son, Warren B. Hicks of Anaheim, three daughters, Anita Martin of Florida, Janet Rae of Missouri and Barbara Rae of Anaheim, two sisters, Erma Carey of San Andreas and Winifred Hendricks of Florida, four brothers, Frankie, Warren, J.D., and Roy Hicks, all of Patterson; nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
