Interment was in the Citizens Cemetery. A native of West Virginia, Mrs. Donnell had resided here for sixteen years before moving to Merced a few months ago. Besides her husband, Harry Donnell, she leaves a daughter, Lovagene Schilling, and a granddaughter, Deawayne Schilling, all of Merced; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hicks of Kentucky, and the following sisters and brothers. Floyd, Kenneth and Frankie Hicks and Erma Carey of Patterson, Winifred Gantz of Oklahoma, Mrs. Ray Azevedo of Modesto, Boyd Hicks of Los Banos, J.D., Quentin and W.
