Funeral Services were held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. December 3, 2008 at Central Baptist Church in Burkburnett, Rev. Joe Coombes officiating. Burial followed at the Burkburnett Cemetery under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Burkburnett. Orma was born in Reydon, Oklahoma to Benton & Maude (James) Scrivner. She married George West July 23, 1950 and lived in Amarillo, Texas until 1966 when she moved to Burkburnett. She was a Civil Service Secretary at SAFB. Orma was a membwer of Tops #TX636 of Burkburnett, and also a member of 55 advantage club at United Regional. She is survived by her daughter Beverly Parton and husband Van of Burkburnett; Son James West of Burkburnett; a brother Don Scrivner of Amarillo, Texas. Grandchild Jeff Parton and wife Shannon of Cusseta, Alabama; and Kyle Parton of Mossbluff, Lousiana. Numerousa Nieces and Nephews, Friends and other relatives.
