Interment will follow in the Sayre-Doxey Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City. Franklin Delano "Jack" Leonard was born Decembere 16, 1932 at Elk City to Foster and Mamie (Short) Leonard and passed away Monday, December 8, 2008 at the age of 76 years, 11 months and 22 days. He graduated from Sweetwater. He moved to Elk City in January of 2007 where he has lived since. Jack was preceded in death by his parents and 4 sisters. Survivors include a sister: Mary Miller and her husband Norva of Albuquerque, NM, a brother Bud Leonard and his wife Elsie of Reydon, OK, and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
