Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in the Custer Ave. Church of Christ, officiated by Patrick Peters and burial will conclude in the Dempsey Cemetery, Dempsey, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of the Kiesaau-Lee Funeral Home. Beulah Isch was born March 27, 1908 to Georgee and Maude Etta (Gilbert) Daugherty in Grimes, Oklahoma and passed away Easter Sundday, March 23, 2008 in the Methodist Health Care Center in Clinton, Oklahoma at the age of 99 years, 11 months and 26 ddays. Four days shy of her 100 birthday. Beulah was raised in the Cheyenne area and she attended the Emerson Consolidated School and she also attended Cheyenne High School. She married Mr. Henry Clyde Isch November 16th of 1929 in Cheyenne. They made their home in the Dempsey area and became a farmer's wife. She helped on the farm, gardened, canned, raisedd chickens, as well as doing health care for others in their homes and in hospital and nursing homes. She cared for other peoples children. Mr. Isch preceded her in death in 1981 and she moved to Clinton in 1986. She was preceded in death by heer parents, and a granddaugher, Tamara George and four brothers, Clifford, Pete, Raymond, Earl and a sister, Virgie. She is a member of the Church of Christ and she loved to quilt and had been members of different quilting clubs, and the Extension home makers. She is survived by a daughter, Juanita Jencks, of Clinton and a son, Earnest Isch and his wife, Rose, of Bethany; a sister, Bertha Ellis, of Hobart, Oklahoma and a sister-in-law, Bessie Daugherty, of Elk City. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 8 great grandchilddren and 3 great great grandchildren.
